Texas Lawn Company Introduces Concierge Holiday Lighting Service Featuring Spider Lift Installation and QR-Coded Storage

CONROE, Texas — QuietScapes, Montgomery County’s all-electric lawn care company, is expanding beyond landscaping with the launch of a Concierge Holiday Lighting Service designed to eliminate the hassle, safety concerns, and yearly frustration of decorating a home for Christmas.

Rather than simply hanging lights, QuietScapes has developed a complete, start-to-finish holiday lighting program that includes professional design, installation, maintenance, removal, climate-controlled storage, and scheduled reinstallation the following season.

The company will utilize a professional spider lift to access rooflines safely while minimizing contact with gutters, fascia, and roofing materials—providing homeowners with an alternative to traditional ladder-based installations.

“Most people think Christmas light installation is about putting lights on a house,” said Kevin Moore, co-owner of QuietScapes. “We think it’s about protecting someone’s home, respecting their time, and creating an experience where they never have to worry about decorating again.”

A Premium Service Designed Around Convenience

Unlike traditional holiday lighting companies that complete the installation and leave the rest to the homeowner, QuietScapes manages the entire process.

Each project includes:

Professional custom holiday lighting design Spider lift installation Professional W-2 installation crews In-season maintenance and service Safe removal after the holidays Individual labeling of every lighting section QR-coded inventory management Climate-controlled storage Priority scheduling for future seasons After removal, every strand of lights is carefully inspected, labeled, photographed, assigned a unique QR code, and stored inside QuietScapes’ climate-controlled facility in Shenandoah, Texas.

By the following holiday season, returning customers simply confirm they would like their display reinstalled.

QuietScapes already knows exactly where every light belongs.

“In many cases, our customers will leave for work in the morning and come home to a professionally decorated house,” Moore said. “No ladders. No tangled lights. No searching through storage bins. Everything is already organized and ready to go.”

Quality Over Quantity

To ensure every installation meets the company’s standards, QuietScapes will accept only a limited number of holiday lighting clients during its inaugural season.

Rather than maximizing volume, the company says its goal is to establish a premium reputation built on quality, safety, and long-term customer relationships.

“We’re intentionally keeping our first season exclusive,” Moore said. “We want every installation to reflect the level of professionalism people have come to expect from QuietScapes.”

Built on Professional Equipment

The launch builds upon QuietScapes’ investment in commercial-grade equipment and technology.

Known throughout Montgomery County for its all-electric lawn care services, the company operates commercial battery-powered equipment, digital scheduling systems, GPS customer notifications, and professional W-2 crews.

The addition of a professional spider lift allows QuietScapes to safely expand into premium holiday lighting while protecting customers’ homes and improving installation efficiency.

The company believes the same commitment to innovation that has guided its lawn care business can now redefine the holiday lighting experience for homeowners throughout Conroe, The Woodlands, Montgomery, Shenandoah, Willis, Spring, and surrounding communities.

A Year-Round Relationship

QuietScapes says the Concierge Holiday Lighting Service is designed to become a long-term relationship rather than a one-time installation.

Each year becomes simpler than the last because every customer’s lighting system is already documented, stored, and ready for installation.

“Our goal isn’t just to install Christmas lights,” Moore said. “Our goal is to give families one less thing to worry about during the busiest time of the year so they can spend more time enjoying the holidays together.”
